精细化管理在医院门诊药房管理中的价值

摘要
目的探讨精细化管理在医院门诊药房管理中的应用与实践探讨。方法从2016年8月—2018年8月门诊药房拿药的患者中,选取136名患者参加本次研究,根据实验要求,使用摸球法将患者分配至对照组与观察组。对照组患者接受常规的管理措施,而观察组患者则接受精细化管理。针对本次研究,观察两组患者的管理效果,从而评估本次研究的结果。结果观察组患者的拿药等候时间较对照组患者短;观察组患者的日调处方量以及服务质量评分数据均高于对照组患者,观察组调剂单张处方的时间较对照组患者短,组间数据比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论于我院的门诊药房中加强精细化管理措施,能有效的改善药房的管理质量。
Objective To explore the application and practice of fine management in the management of outpatient pharmacy. Methods From August 2016 to August 2018, 136 patients were selected from outpatient pharmacies to participate in this study. According to the experimental requirements, patients were allocated to the control group and the observation group by touching the ball. The patients in the control group received routine management measures, while the patients in the observation group received refined management. To observe the management effect of two groups of patients and evaluate the results of this study. Results The waiting time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. The daily prescription quantity and service quality score of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The time of dispensing single prescription in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05). Conclusion Strengthening meticulous management measures in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital can effectively improve the management quality of pharmacy, which is worth promoting in outpatient pharmacy of our hospital.
