摘要

农村基层党组织是夯实党执政的组织基础,也是团结带领群众贯彻党的理论和路线方针政策、落实党的任务的战斗堡垒,是全面提高党的执政能力的必然要求。本文主要以新疆尉犁县为例,分析尉犁县在加强基层组织建设、软弱涣散基层党组织、推进服务型党组织建设等方面的主要做法和成效,对存在的问题进行了简要分析,并提出了相应的对策和建议。
        The rural grassroots party organizations are the organizational basis for consolidating the party's ruling. They are also the battle bastions that unite and lead the masses to implement the party's theory, line, principles, and policies, and implement the party's tasks. They are the inevitable requirements for comprehensively improving the party's ability to govern. This paper mainly takes Yuli County in Xinjiang as an example to analyze the main practices and achievements of Yuli County in strengthening grassroots organization construction, weak and weak grassroots party organizations, and promoting serviceoriented party organization construction. It briefly analyzes the existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and recommendations.
