中西医治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床研究概况

摘要
腰椎间盘突出症中医药治疗痛苦小、费用低,易被患者所接受,方法也更为多样化,常多种方法联合使用,取长补短,具体治疗须据患者情况选择;包括中药内服及针灸推拿等,联合牵引、西药口服、甘露醇及腰椎牵引等康复理疗。针刺:温针灸平衡针法加耳针及银质针十字定位等。推拿:三步九法、五段拔伸、疏经通督、腰部斜扳法等。临床常多种方法叠加,协同治疗,较多应用是针灸推拿联合口服中药、针灸推拿正骨、针灸敷药牵引治疗等综合治疗。西医治疗:传统手术方法出血量大、创口大、并发症多等渐渐不被选择,微创治疗技术创伤小、恢复快、并发症发生率低脊柱稳定性得到最大限度保留,被越来越多的患者所重视;大多采用微创手术椎间孔镜技术椎间盘造影,摘取病变髓核组织,射频消融促进髓核和纤维环形成、椎板开窗术、硬膜外注射混合药液及医用臭氧椎间盘内注射等。
