距骨外侧突骨折1例及相关文献复习

<正>距骨外侧突骨折(LPF)虽然是关于距骨的第二常见骨折,约占距骨骨折的24%,但在临床中并不常见~([1])。随着我国各种乘用车辆数目的激增,此类骨折有明显增长趋势。由于LPF发病率较低,临床医生对其了解和重视度不够,漏诊和延迟诊断时有发生,特别是在局部肿胀畸形不明显时,LPF往往在初诊时被当作"踝关节扭伤"而未进
