HPV联合TCT在筛查宫颈病变中的应用

摘要
目的对HPV联合TCT检查在筛查宫颈病变中的应用分析。方法从该院2014年3月1日—2015年10月31日收治的经病理学检查确诊为宫颈病变患者中,选取86例患者为例,以检查方式分为观察组和对照组,对照组进行TCT检测,观察组HPV联合TCT检查,分析两组检查结果的阳性符合率。结果观察组中,检查结果为阳性的例数为84例,阳性符合率为97.67%。对照组检查结果为阳性的例数为70例,阳性符合率为81.4%,两组比较观察组阳性符合率高于对照组(χ2=6.53,P<0.05)。结论 HPV联合TCT检查能够提高筛查宫颈病变的准确率,具有降低漏诊率的意义。
