摘要
以粗合成气为原料,选用钴-钼系一氧化碳耐硫变换催化剂(牌号为QCS-11),针对干煤粉气化装置耐硫变换系统存在的催化剂床层超温、水/蒸汽(简称水汽比)过低及原料加热器管程堵塞的问题,采取从操作上优化控制、提高水汽比及避免催化剂失活操作等优化措施加以解决。结果表明:装置改造后,在一定程度上解决了粗合成气加热器管程堵塞问题;改善了因水汽比过低造成的催化剂床层超温;提高了催化剂活性,延长了使用寿命。
        With the crude syngas as material and cobalt-molybdenum series carbon monoxide sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst(QCS-11), the existed problems in the sulfur-tolerant shift system of dry pulverized coal gasification unit, including the over-temperature catalyst bed,lower water to steam and blocked feed heater tube, were solved by effective measures such as optimizing operation control, increasing water to steam and avoiding catalyst deactivation,etc.The results showed that after revamping, the problem of blocked crude syngas heater tube was solved to a certain extent, which improved the over-temperature of the bed caused by insufficient water to vapor, increased the activity and prolonged the service life of the catalyst.
