中医型标准化病人在心内科护士培训中的应用

摘要
目的探索中医型标准化病人(SP)在心内科护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取江苏省中医院心血管内科护士30人作为观察组结合中医型SP进行培训,30人作为对照组采用传统教学法进行培训,经过4周的培训,比较两组护士的OSCE的临床评估测试成绩。结果对照组与观察组在理论考核上差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05),但在SP评估、中医护理技能考核、病例处理考核上,观察组明显优于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论中医型SP引入心内科护士培训,不仅有助于护士掌握中医理论知识,而且能提高对望闻问切的辩证、临床思维和实践能力。
        Objective To explore the application of standardized patients( SP) of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) in training nurses in the department of cardiology. Methods 60 nurses in the department of cardiology in Jiang province were randomly divided into the experimental group( PS training group) and the control group( traditional training group),with 30 nurses in each group. After 4 weeks of training,a comparison of OSCE test scores was made between these two groups. Results The skills assessment scores and capability of practically treating patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05),However,no significant difference was found in the theory examination scores between these two groups( P > 0. 05). Conclusion PS training method should be recommended in the traing of nurses in the department of cardiology,because,it can not only improve the quality of teaching,but also promote practical skills to treat patients such as the listening,asking,dialectic,clinical thinking and practice ability.
