生防细菌2016NX1对病原真菌的抑制及发酵条件优化

摘要
采用平板对峙法和带毒平板法测定铜绿假单胞菌Pseudomonas aeruginosa2016NX1对玉米大斑病菌Exserohilum turcicum、甘蔗凤梨病菌Ceratocystis paradoxa、贡柑链格孢菌Alternaria citri、辣椒炭疽病菌Colletotrichum capsici、水稻胡麻叶斑病菌Cochliobolus miyabeanus等9种不同植物病原真菌生长的抑制作用。结果显示,铜绿假单胞菌2016NX1及其发酵产生的代谢产物对供试病原真菌生长具有很好的抑制效果。通过单因素实验和正交实验对铜绿假单胞菌2016NX1的发酵条件进行优化,结果确定最优的发酵条件为:接种量为2%,摇床转速为100r/min,发酵温度为37℃。
        Plate confrontation method and venomous plate method were used to test Pseudomonas aeruginosa 2016 NX1 bacteriostatic activity against 9 plant pathogenic fungi,such as,Exserohilum turcicumum, Ceratocystis paradoxaanus, Alternaria citriella, Colletotrichum capsicius, and Cochliobolus miyabeanus,etc.The results showed that 2016 NX1 as well as its fermentation product(blue pigment)showed perfect inhibitory effect on the growth of target pathogenic fungi.The fermentation conditions of 2016 NX1 were optimized by single factor test and orthogonal test,and the optimum fermentation conditions were as follows:inoculation dose 2%,rotating speed of shaking bed100 r/min,and temperature 37℃.
