文化自信是在当代社会视野下,党和国家提出的重要文化战略,是实现中华民族伟大复兴的重要部署。非物质文化遗产作为传统文化中重要的一环,是民族文化多样性的重要体现,具有显著的活态传承特质。"非遗"保护中社区主动性强调了优秀文化遗产保护传承的自觉性与积极性,提升社区主动性即是文化自信战略在落实民众中的重要显现,而又在一定程度上反作用于民族文化自信,使其不断增强。两者互为作用,可以为中国特色社会主义文化建设及"中国梦"伟大梦想的实现构筑一个良性循环系统。
