摘要
本试验以产抗菌肽的枯草芽孢杆菌GL08为出发菌株,通过单因素和正交试验确定最佳的喷雾干燥工艺参数。并将制备的抗菌肽制剂作为饲料添加剂,验证其对仔猪生产性能的影响。优化后的喷雾干燥工艺为出风温度75℃,进风温度135℃,保护剂辅美粉浓度20%。在此工艺条件下,抗菌肽得率为91.6%,含水量为3.94%,符合抗菌肽制剂质量要求。此工艺生产成本低,效率高,适合工业大规模生产。制得的抗菌肽制剂作为饲料添加剂使仔猪的料肉比提高25%,残次率降低63%,成活率提高8.3%,无腹泻发生,提高了仔猪的生产性能和健康水平。
        The optimum spray drying process parameters were obtained for the Bacillus subtilis GL08 of producing antibacterial peptide as starting strain by single factor and orthogonal test.And antibacterial peptide preparation was verified the effect on production performance of piglets as feed additives.The optimized parameters:outlet air temperature was 75 ℃,inlet air temperature was 135 ℃,protective agent concentration was 20%.under the process conditions,the yield of antibacterial peptide was 91.6%,the moisture content was 3.94%,which conformed to the requirements of the antimicrobial peptide preparation quality.The process was low cost,high efficiency and suitable for industrial mass production.The antibacterial peptide preparation could be used as feed additives in order to improve the piglet feed conversion ratio by 25%,reduce the defect rate by 63%,improve the survival rate by 8.3%,no diarrhea,and more,improve the production performance and health level of piglets.
