“见病知源”体会太阴证

摘要
文章总结《伤寒论》关于太阴病的辨证论治方法,从《伤寒论》398条原文分析,筛选出与太阴病脉证相关的条目,运用五运六气思想,分析总结太阴病的辨证论治体系。文章分析总结出太阴病识别方法,太阴表证、太阴里证、太阴表里相兼证的六经辨证体系。辨太阴病需"见病知源",太阴病证有太阴寒湿表证、太阴风湿表证、太阴中风荣气不足表虚证、太阴虚寒湿阻证、太阴脾虚气滞证、太阴寒格证、脾约证、木克土证等。
In order to summarize the method of syndrome differentiation and treatment of taiyin disease in Shanghan Lun. From the 398-original analysis of Shanghan Lun, this article screened out entries related to taiyin disease and pulse syndrome, and analyzed the system of syndrome differentiation and treatment based on five evolutive phases and six climatic factors. This article summarized the identification methods of taiyin disease, the six channels syndrome differentiation system of taiyin superficial syndrome, taiyin interior syndrome and taiyin exterior-interior syndrome. In order to differentiate taiyin disease, we need to 'see the source of the disease'. Taiyin disease syndrome includes taiyin cold-dampness syndrome, taiyin winddamp syndrome syndrome, taiyin disease with wind affection syndrome, taiyin deficient cold syndrome, taiyin spleen deficiency syndrome, taiyin cold syndrome, spleen constipation syndrome, wood restricting earth syndrome, etc.
