国家全民健康信息平台信息资产管理研究

摘要
为适应国家全民健康信息平台信息资产管理的需要,提出了信息资产管理框架。该框架以国家全民健康信息平台数据中心资源为分析对象,筛选了信息资产的分类方法,提出了信息资产运营治理目标,明确了信息资产管理职责,从使用、运行、服务等维度研究建立了信息资产价值评估体系,设计了国家全民健康信息平台信息资产管理系统。
In order to meet the need of information assets management of national health information platform, this paper proposes a framework of information assets management based on the data center resources of national health information platform. It selects the classification methods of information assets,puts forward the management goal of information assets operation, clarifies the responsibilities, and establishes an evaluation system from the dimensions of use, operation and service of information asset.The information assets management system of national health information platform was designed.
