先进制造业基本特征与发展路径探析

摘要
先进制造业一般是指拥有先进制造技术和高附加值的产业。"区域—产业—产品—企业—技术"这个基本的分析框架结构关系密切,制定区域产业发展战略值得参考。推进先进制造业建设,需要从产业体系、先进技术支持、产品战略、智能制造、企业管理等不同层面发力构建战略体系架构,明确战略主攻方向;从提供人才队伍支撑、解决科技成果的高端供给与转化应用瓶颈问题、重视现代金融支撑、以开放促建设等方面入手,培育区域技能人才优势、创新优势、开放优势,优化先进制造业建设的战略举措。
Advanced manufacturing generally refers to industries with advanced manufacturing technology and high added value.The basic analytical framework is " region,industry,product,enterprise,technology" and these elements are closely related. It is worthwhile to refer to this framework for formulating regional industrial development strategy. To promote the construction of advanced manufacturing industry,it is necessary to construct the strategic system structure from different levels of industrial system,advanced technology support,product strategy,intelligent manufacturing and enterprise management. At the same time,we should provide the support of the talent team,solve the bottleneck problem of high end supply and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,attach importance to modern financial support,promote the construction by opening up,cultivate the advantages of regional skills and talents,innovative advantages,open advantages,and optimize the strategic measures for the construction of advanced manufacturing industry.
