摘要
以两种主栽彩色棉品种的棕色棉、绿色棉为试验材料,白色棉作为对照,研究不同彩色棉纤维色素的成分以及纤维品质特征。通过对两种彩色棉的籽指、衣指、衣分和纤维长度、纤维素含量等品质性状进行了测定,结果发现白色棉的籽指、衣分和衣指均最大,棕色棉与绿色棉的籽指无明显差异,但是棕色棉的衣指、衣分均大于绿色棉;另外,绿色棉的纤维长度比棕色棉长,与白色棉纤维长度相当;纤维素在纤维发育前期积累量都很少,在纤维成熟后期纤维素积累达到最高,且绿色棉纤维中纤维素含量要高于棕色棉,都比白色棉高;棕色棉纤维色素成分为缩合单宁,而绿色棉纤维色素成分为黄酮类物质。结果表明,白色棉的纤维品质要优于彩色棉,这为进一步研究彩色棉纤维色素物质合成与纤维发育的关系奠定了基础。
In this paper, two kinds of color cotton varieties, brown cotton and green cotton were used as test materials, and white cotton was used as the control, and the composition and fiber quality characteristics of different colored cotton fiber pigments were studied. The results showed that the pigment content of brown cotton fiber may be condensed tannin, while the pigment of green cotton fiber may be flavonoid. At the same time, the two kinds of color cotton seed, garments, lint and fiber length, fiber content and so on quality traits were determined, and found that white cotton seed, lint and refers to the maximum, green cotton and brown cotton seed to show no obvious difference, but brown cotton clothing, green cotton lint were greater than, that of white cotton fiber quality is better than colored cotton. In addition, the fiber length of green cotton is longer than that of brown cotton, which is the same length as white cotton fiber. Cellulose accumulation are seldom at the early stage of the fiber development, reached the highest in the fiber cellulose accumulation late mature and cellulose content in green cotton fiber than brown cotton, are higher than white cotton, this may be related to colored cotton secondary metabolites in later developmental stages and affect fiber development, these results for the further study colored cotton fiber pigment synthesis and the relationship between fiber development laid a solid material foundation.
