摘要
龙胆草(Gentiana scabra Bunge.)品种选育通常根据其生长发育状况并以高产作为目标实施群体选育,而品质育种没有可见的参考依据。能否通过表型性状确定品质优劣从而进行单株选育或特征类型群体选育是品质育种希望解决的问题。对采自2个地区100余份龙胆草进行表型性状分类并分级赋值,分别测定了样本中龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苷、獐牙菜苦苷、熊果酸、齐墩果酸5种有效成分的含量,并分析了表型性状与有效成分之间的相关性。初步研究表明,龙胆草茎色、叶色等性状与龙胆苦苷等有效成分含量之间存在一定的相关性,可为以后的龙胆草株选或特征类型筛选提供参考。
        With high yield as the goal,breeding of Gentiana scabra Bunge. is usually based on its growth and development status by group selection,but there is no reference for quality breeding.Whether individual plant breeding or characteristic type group breeding can be determined through phenotypic traits is a problem we want to solve with quality breeding. More than 100 plants collected from two areas were classified and grading assignment was conducted according to their phenotypic traits,after that,content of 5 effective constituents such as gentiopicroside,swertiamain,sweroside,oleanolic acid,ursolic acid was determined and correlation between phenotypic traits and effective constituents was analyzed. The preliminary studies show that there was some correlation between the main traits such as leaf color and the effective constituents such as gentiopicroside. And it can be used as valuable references for individual plant selection or characteristic type group selection of G.scabra Bunge.
