民营企业家慈善捐赠行为与主观幸福感——基于温州地区中小型民营企业家的调查

摘要
目的:了解温州地区中小型民营企业家慈善捐赠行为与其主观幸福感的现状。方法:对温州地区143位中小型民营企业家进行主观幸福感评定以及其慈善行为的调查并分析结果。结果:中小型民营企业家的慈善捐赠行为极为普遍;中小型民营企业家的主观幸福感处于中等偏上水平;慈善捐赠次数6次以上的被试组在总体情感指数和主观幸福感指数上显著高于捐赠次数2次及以下被试组;利他型动机组在主观幸福感指数总分、总体情感指数和生活满意度上都显示高于利己型动机组。
in order to investigate the charity donation and subjective well-being of the SME private entrepreneurs in Wenzhou , the paper investigated and analyzed 143SME private entrepreneurs Wenzhou.The results show that it is a common phenomenon that the entrepreneurs make the charitable donation.The level of subjective well-being of the entrepreneurs is in the mid to upper level. The general sentiment index and subjective well-being index of the entrepreneurs with six and above charitable donations are significantly higher than those with two and below charitable donations.The scores of subjective well-being index , general sentiment index and life satisfaction of the entrepreneurs with altruism motivation are significantly higher than those with egoism motivation.
