摘要
简述了3D打印的基本原理,将3D打印技术与传统铸造相结合,成功试制出了具有复杂结构的铸铁管类零件,并介绍了具体的实施流程,解决了在试制过程中遇到的问题。最后通过对零件的解剖分析,证明了该方法适用于单件小批量生产。
The basic principle of 3D printing technology was expounded.Through combining 3D printing technology with traditional casting,the cast iron pipe parts with complex structure were manufactured successfully,and the specific implementaion process was described.The problems encountered in the trial production process were solved.Finally,through the analysis of the parts,it is verified that this method is suitable for the production of single-piece small batches parts.
