摘要
为进一步探索汽车制动能量回收的相关技术理论,采用模块化、分层控制系统设计,构建了具有多功能性与良好扩展性的在环仿真制动能量回收试验平台。在研制过程中估算出传动系内阻能耗与试验台飞轮转速之间呈线性关系,由此可有效定量传动系内阻能耗对制动回收技术的影响,试验台模块化的设计能够满足后续需要扩展的试验需求。
In order to further explore the related technical theory of automobile braking energy recovery, a multi-functional and well-expandable in-loop simulation braking energy recovery test platform was constructed by adopting modular and hierarchical control system design. During the development, the linear relationship between the internal resistance energy consumption of the drive train and the flywheel speed of the test bed was estimated, which can effectively quantify the influence of the internal resistance energy consumption of the drive train on the braking recovery technology. The modular design of the test bed can meet the requirements of the test that need to be expanded in the future.
