摘要
文中主要对304不锈钢的样品,分别使用对比法、面积法和三圆截点法进行晶粒度评定,对3种评定结果进行比较:对比法方便省时,但存在一定偏差;面积法测量无偏差,但计数较复杂;相对于面积法,三圆截点法更简单、更准确。结合晶粒度级别对原材料的性能进行评估,样品展现较好的综合性能。
This paper mainly estimated the grain size of the sample of 304 stainless steel by comparison procedure, planimetric procedure and abrams three-circle procedure, the results of three assessment methods were compared. Comparison procedure is convenient and timesaving, although with some deviations. There is no deviation about planimetric procedure, but counting is complicated. Abrams three-circle procedure is more simple and precise relative to planimetric procedure. The study make assessment on properties of raw materials combining with grain size, the sample presents good comprehensive performance.
