摘要
对TA15钛合金模锻过程进行了三维数值模拟分析,得出了变形中材料的流动状态和温度场、应力应变等分布规律。根据有限元模拟结果对模锻工艺参数进行优化,并进行了TA15钛合金模锻成形工艺试验。试验表明模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合。
Three dimensional numerical simulation of die forging process of TA15 titanium alloy was carried out. The flow state and temperature field, stress and strain distribution of the material during deformation were obtained. According to the results of finite element simulation, the process parameters of die forging were optimized. The die forging process of TA15 titanium alloy forgings was tested. The experimental results show that the simulated results are in good agreement with the experimental results.
