摘要
本实验研究了鱼油软胶囊对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。结果表明:经口给予小鼠不同剂量的鱼油软胶囊30 d,高剂量(0.927 g/kg·BW)鱼油软胶囊能显著延长小鼠的负重游泳时间,低剂量(0.031 g/kg·BW)鱼油软胶囊和中剂量(0.309 g/kg·BW)鱼油软胶囊能显著提高肝糖原的储备量,同时能显著降低运动后血乳酸升高幅度,各剂量组对小鼠的体重增长、运动后血乳酸消除和运动后血清尿素氮水平均无明显影响。说明鱼油软胶囊具有抗疲劳作用。
        The experiment of this study was to develop whether the fish oil soft capsule have the anti-fatigue effect on mice.The results showed that oral administration of mice in different doses of fish oil soft capsules for 30 days,fish oil saftcapsule with high dose(0.927 g/kg·BW)could extend the weight swimming time of mice,fish oil saft capsule with low dose(0.031 g/kg·BW)and medium dose(0.309 g/kg·BW)could increase the amount of muscle glycogen reserve,and reduce the increase in blood lactate after exercise;but all doses of fish oil soft capsule had no effect on weight gain in mice,after exercise serum Urea nitrogen levels and blood lactic acid elimination after exercise.Therefore,fish oil soft capsule had the function of anti-fatigue.
