摘要
目的探讨无创中心动脉压与有创中心动脉压的一致性。方法选取经冠状动脉造影的66名患者,利用有创导管测量受试者升主动脉根部的有创中心动脉血压(CSP),包括收缩压(CSBP)、舒张压(CDBP)及平均动脉压(CMAP);同步采用美国DP5000A无创动脉血压监测仪,测量受试者无创中心动脉血压(NCSP)的收缩压(CSBP)、舒张压(CDBP)及平均动脉压(CMAP)。结果采用组内配对t检验,分别比较NCSP与CSP的CSBP、CDBP、CMAP的一致性,二者差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论 NCSP与CSP一致性较好,NCSP可以替代CSP用于中心动脉压的测量。
        Objective To investigate the consistency between noninvasive and invasive central arterial pressure. Methods Sixty-six patients checked by coronary angiography were enrolled in our study. Invasive catheters were used to measure invasive central arterial blood pressure( CSP) in the root of ascending aorta,including central systolic blood pressure( CSBP),central diastolic blood pressure( CDBP),and central mean arterial pressure( CMAP). The central systolic blood pressure( CSBP),diastolic blood pressure( CDBP) and mean arterial pressure( CMAP) of noninvasive central arterial pressure( NCSP) were measured simultaneously by the US DP5000A noninvasive arterial pressure monitor. Results The consistency of CSBP,CDBP and CMAP between NCSP and CSP were compared using intra-group paired t test. The values of CSBP,CDBP and CMAP did not vary significantly between the two groups,without statistically significant difference( P > 0. 05). Conclusion NCSP proves to be consistent with CSP. NCSP can replace CSP for measuring central arterial pressure.
