氨溴特罗与复方异丙托溴铵治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效

摘要
目的分析讨论氨溴特罗联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法选取我院2014年1月—2018年1月收治的小儿毛细支气管炎患儿中的60例,按照其入院号随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例患儿,对照组使用氨溴特罗进行治疗,观察组使用氨溴特罗联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗,经过治疗后,比较分析两组患儿的治疗效果、免疫功能指标以及不良反应发生率。结果在治疗后,观察组治疗疗效高于对照组,免疫功能指标优于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论氨溴特罗联合复方异丙托溴铵治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的治疗效率较好,可以实现止咳平喘的目的,同时还能够提高治疗效果,改善临床症状,有很高的临床应用价值。
Objective To analyze and discuss the efficacy of ambroxol combined with ipratropium bromide in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children. Methods 60 children with bronchiolitis were selected in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2018. According to their admission number, they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 children in each group. The control group was treated with ambroxol, and the observation group was treated with ambroxol combined with compound ipratropium bromide. After treatment, the group was treated with the treatment. The therapeutic effect, immune function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the therapeutic effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The immune function index was better than the control group. The incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant, P <0.05. Conclusion Ambrotol combined with compound ipratropium bromide is effective in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children. It can achieve the purpose of antitussive and antiasthmatic. At the same time, it can improve the therapeutic effect and improve the clinical symptoms.
