一般不可移动文物建筑价值延续与“复活”——以郑州司赵火车站保护与再利用为例

摘要
文物建筑的价值表现为其本体价值和延伸价值,其价值认知是动态变化的。当今城乡建设背景下,文物建筑保护与再利用应积极发掘文物建筑的价值内涵,使其得以延续与"复活"。本文阐述了一般不可移动文物建筑的概念及特征,按文物建筑所处位置、功能性质、再利用取向等进行了归纳分类。归纳出了一般不可移动文物建筑保护和再利用中,价值延续与复活的原则。结合司赵火车站案例,从整体性、主导性、多样性层面,探讨了一般不可移动文物建筑保护与再利用的理念和方法。
The value of heritage buildings are ontological value and extension value, and the cognition of their value changes dynamically. Under the current background of urban and rural construction, protection of heritage buildings should actively explore the value connotation of heritage buildings and reconstruct the concept of protection so that the value of heritage buildings can be continued and "resurrected". This paper expounds the concept and characteristics of the general heritage buildings architecture, and classifies them according to their locations, functional properties, and reuse orientations. Taking the continuation and resurrection of heritage buildings as the starting point, the principle of general heritage buildings construction protection and reuse is discussed. Based on the case of Si Zhao Railway Station, the concept and methods of protection and reuse of general heritage buildings are discussed in terms of integrity, dominance, and diversity.
