摘要
检察官学院体育中心网球馆屋盖采用双向张弦梁结构,它属于半刚性结构,张拉前的整体刚度很小,施工过程中会产生较大的变形,结构的预应力和索力控制难度大,这给施工带来了许多困难。通过施工仿真模拟,研究了不同张拉级别和张拉顺序对结构的影响,确定了实际张拉工序,在实际施工过程中采用多种索力监测方法确保拉索的精确张拉。实践证明,施工中采取的张拉顺序和张拉级别能够保证施工质量;施工仿真模拟与实测数据吻合较好,对同类工程具指导意义。
The roof of tennis hall of sports center of National Prosecutors College adopts bidirectional beam string structure, which belongs to semi-rigid structure. The overall stiffness before tension is very small, and there is large deformation in the construction process. It is difficult to control the prestress and cable force of the structure, which brings many difficulties to the construction. Through construction simulation, the influences of different tension levels and tension sequence on the structure were studied, and the actual tension process was determined. In the actual construction process, various cable tension monitoring methods were adopted to ensure the accurate tension of cables. Practice has proved that the construction quality can be guaranteed by the tension sequence and tension level adopted in the construction and the simulation of construction is in good agreement with the measured data, which has guiding significance for similar projects.
