摘要
以山茶和青冈木为模板浸渍聚碳硅烷(PCS)溶液并在低温烧结制备出木材陶瓷,分析了山茶模板和青冈木模板的横切、竖切方式对线收缩率、失重率、体积密度和微观形貌的影响,结果表明:以山茶和青冈木为模板浸渍聚碳硅烷(PCS)溶液,在1000℃低温下成功烧结出木材陶瓷,且烧结后的木材陶瓷保留了木材原始的生物结构。
In this study,Camellia sinensis and Cyclobalanopsis glauca were used as templates,and impregnated with polycarbonsilane(PCS) solution,then wood ceramics were sintered at low temperature.The effects of transverse and vertical cutting methods on the linear shrinkage,weight loss rate,bulk density and microstructure of the wood ceramics were analyzed.The results showed that wood ceramics were successfully sintered at 1000℃,and the wood ceramics retained the original biological structure of the templates.
