移栽基质对白芨组培苗生长的影响

摘要
为了筛选适宜白芨组培苗生长的栽培基质,选用泥炭土、玉米芯、珍珠岩和蛭石为原料,混合配制成4种不同的栽培基质,探讨栽培基质对白芨组培苗成活率、植株生长和根系生长的影响.结果表明,玉米芯可以用作白芨组培苗移栽基质.在蛭石、堆肥土与玉米芯体积比为1∶2∶1的基质中白芨组培苗的成活率最高,6个月后高达62.5%,其生长情况也最好,株高达12.03 cm,根长为4.97 cm,根数为5.69条.
        In order to screen suitable substrate for plantlets of Bletilla striata,four raw materials were mixed by peat soil,corncob,perlite and vermiculite,to discuss the effect of four mixed substrates on transplanting survival rate and growth of Bletilla striata in vitro.The results showed that corncob could be used as cultural substrate for Bletilla striata. The transplanting survival rate of Bletilla striata was highest in the mixed substrate with a volume ratio of vermiculite,compost soil and corn cob slag(1∶2∶1),which was 62.5% after six months;its growth condition was best,and its height reached 12.03 cm,root length was 4.97 cm and root number was 5.69.
