价值·责任·素养——大学生公民教育视域下“中国政府与政治”教学理念的三维建构

摘要
高校各专业课程教育不同程度地承载着公民教育的重要使命,在课程教学中应注重专业教育和通才教育相结合。"中国政府与政治"课程作为政治学、行政管理及公共管理等专业的必修课,是为培养具有当代中国政治制度系统理论素养的专门人才而开设的,在培养大学生的公民价值、公民责任和公民素养方面发挥着重要作用。教师的政治素养、道德修养、政治知识结构将深刻影响大学生的公民价值意识、公民责任意识、公民素质的形成和发展。实现"中国政府与政治"课中的教师、教材、教学过程、教学实践的四位一体化,才能树立起对大学生良好的公民教育理念。
The education of specialized courses in colleges and universities bears the important mission of civic education to varying degrees. In the course teaching,attention should be paid to the combination of professional education and general education. As a compulsory course in politics,administration and public administration,the course of Chinese Government and Politics is designed to train talents with theoretical literacy of contemporary China's political system,so it plays an important role in cultivating college students' civic value,civic responsibility and civic literacy. The political literacy,moral cultivation,and political knowledge structure of teachers will profoundly influence the formation and development of students' consciousness of civic value,consciousness of civic responsibility and their civic quality. Only by realizing the integration of teachers,teaching materials,teaching process and teaching practice in the course of Chinese Government and Politics can we set up a good concept of civic education for college students.
