摘要
本研究旨在探讨复合微生态制剂对冷应激肉鸡免疫机能和小肠黏膜结构的影响。将240只5日龄雌性健康肉鸡,采用单因素试验设计,随机分为3个组,每组设4个平行,每个平行20只鸡。空白对照组(CK):饲喂基础日粮;微生态制剂组:在基础日粮中添加1‰的微生态制剂;复合微生态制剂组:在基础日粮中添加1‰微生态制剂及0.5%糖萜素。慢性冷应激条件下处理10 d,测定各组肉鸡免疫器官指数、抗氧化指标和小肠黏膜结构等。结果显示,复合微生态制剂组的脾指数和法氏囊指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);血清MDA含量显著降低(P<0.05),T-AOC和T-SOD含量显著升高(P<0.05);十二指肠、空肠和回肠绒毛较长、空杯状细胞减少、绒毛高度/隐窝深度增大。结果表明,复合微生态制剂能提高冷应激肉鸡免疫机能,减少小肠黏膜的损害,促进肠道对营养物质的吸收。
        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of compound probiotics on immune function and mucosal structure of small intestine of broilers under cold stress.Two hundred and forty 5-day-old female broiler chickens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 20 chickens per replicate.The control group was fed with basic diet.The compound probiotics group was fed with basic diet and 1‰ compound probiotics.The compound probiotics and saccharicterpenin group was fed with basic diet and 1‰ compound probiotics and 0.5% saccharicterpenin.After treatment for 10 d under chronic cold stress,the immune indice,antioxidant capacity and mucosal structure of small intestine were determined at different periods.In result,compared with the control group,the compound probiotics and saccharicterpenin group significantly improved the spleen index and the bursa index(P<0.05) of broilers under cold stress,decreased the content of MDA and increased the content of T-AOC and T-SOD of broilers under cold stress,increased the length of villi of duodenum,jejunum and ileum,decreased goblet cell,and increased the villi height/crypt depth(V/C) of duodenum,jejunum and ileum.It is concluded that the compound probiotics can improve the immune function of cold stress broilers,reduce the damage of small intestinal mucosa and promote the absorption of nutrients in the intestine.
