摘要
为了生产达到国外先进性能指标的2219铝合金T87状态板材,试验研究了该板材生产过程中的铸锭均匀化工艺,板材的固溶淬火工艺,形变时效热处理中的冷变形、时效工艺。通过对板材力学性能检测对比与金相组织观察,优化热处理工艺参数,最后确定最佳工艺制度,生产的2219铝合金T87状态板材达到所要求的性能指标。
In order to produce 2219-T87 aluminum alloy plates which can reach foreign advanced performance indexes,heat treatment processes are studied in the production procedure.The processes include ingot homogenization process,solid solution quenching process,cold deformation in deformation-aging heat treatment and aging process.Through inspection and comparison of mechanical properties and observation of microstructure,the heat treatment process parameters are optimized and the optimal process system is finally determined.The2219-T87 aluminum alloy plate produced in this way reaches the required performance indexes.
