三维质量结构模式为指导的持续质量改进对提高手术室护理管理质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨三维质量结构模式为指导的持续质量改进对提高手术室护理管理质量的影响。方法 将2016年1—12月于本院接受手术治疗的118例患者作为对照组,将2017年1—12月于本院接受手术治疗的120患者作为观察组,对照组采用常规护理质量控制,观察组实施基于三维质量结构模式为指导的持续质量改进控制模式。比较两组患者手术等待时间、护理质量评分、护理工作纠纷发生率及患者护理感受评分。结果 观察组患者手术等待时间短于对照组(P <0. 05),护理质量评分高于对照组(P <0. 05),护理工作纠纷发生率低于对照组(P <0. 05),各项护理感受评分均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论 基于三维质量结构模式为指导的持续质量改进,有助于提高手术室护理管理质量,缩短患者手术等待时间,提高患者舒适度,减少护理纠纷事件发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous quality improvement based on three-dimensional quality structure model on improving the quality of nursing management in operating room. Methods To select 118 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2016 to December2016 as the control group,and to select 120 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 as the observation group.The control group was given routine nursing quality control,while the observation group was given continuous quality improvement control mode based on a three-dimensional quality structure model. The waiting time of the patients,the quality of care score,the incidence of nursing work disputes and the patient nursing feeling scores were compared between the two groups. Results The waiting time of surgery in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). The nursing quality score was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence of nursing work disputes was lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05),and the nursing experience scores were higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Continuous quality improvement based on the three-dimensional quality structure model can help improve the quality of nursing management in the operating room. Meanwhile,it can shorten patients' waiting time,and improve patient comfort. What's more,this kind of method can reduce the incidence of nursing disputes.
