摘要
浅圆仓进粮过程中,会发生较严重的自动分级现象,大豆杂质聚集于落料点下方,杂质集聚区因带菌量大、破碎率高,极易发热,这些部位又因孔隙度低,无法得到有效通风,是大豆保管工作中的难点。研究了通过多点均衡落料布料器分散杂质落料点,以改善其杂质分布不均的情况。
In the process of grain entering in Squat silos,serious automated grading will occur. Due to the large amount of bacteria and high breakage rate,the area that impurities gathering is very easy to heating up. Meanwhile,because of the low porosity,these parts can't be better ventilated,which is a hard work in soybean storage. Therefore,in order to improve the uneven distribution of impurities,a multi-point balanced distributor was used to disperse impurities in this study.
