康复技术联用红花注射液治疗膝关节周围骨折术后的疗效比较

摘要
目的:观察膝关节周围骨折术后患者采用康复技术联用红花注射液的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院2016年1月—2016年9月膝关节周围骨折术后患者45例,随机分成ABC三组,每组15例。A组采用红花注射液治疗,B组主要采用康复技术治疗,C组采用康复技术+红花注射液治疗,对比三组患者的关节活动度(ROM)评分和膝关节(Lysholm)评分。结果:C组ROM评分、Lysholm评分明显高于A组和B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用康复技术联用红花注射液治疗膝关节周围骨折术后患者效果良好,有利于膝关节周围骨折的愈合,提高患者的生活质量。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of rehabilitation technique combinated with safflower injection on postoperative fracture patients of the knee joint. Method: From Jan. 2016 to Sep. 2016,45 patients of bone fractures around knee joint and postoperative patients were selected for the research. All patients were randomly divided into three groups with 15 cases each. The first group is the safflower injection observation group,all patients in this group received safflower injection treatment. The second group is the rehabilitation technique group,the patients in this group is mainly treated by rehabilitation technique. The third group is the combined curative group,in which rehabilitation technique combinated with safflower injection is applied to patient care. Joint range of motion( ROM) and knee scores( lysholm) for the three groups are evaluated and compared. Results: For the patients targeted by rehabilitation technique combinated with safflower injection,their joint range of motion( ROM) and knee scores( lysholm) are apparently higher than that of the safflower injection treatment group and the rehabilitation technique group. There exists obvious difference in the data( P< 0. 05),indicating statistical significance. Conclusion: The rehabilitation technique combinated with safflower injection exhibits excellent therapeutic effects for the fractures and the postoperative patients which is beneficial to the healing of fracture and promotes the patient's quality of life.
