中小银行服务实体经济的探索——北京银行南京分行的案例分析

摘要
由于国内外环境变化,我国实体经济面临严峻的挑战,急需金融部门的资金支持;与此同时,实体经济与虚拟经济投资回报差距扩大,金融"脱实向虚"的现象加剧。在分析金融服务实体经济的战略意义与现实约束的基础上,以北京银行南京分行为案例,剖析了其服务中小企业、科技金融、文化金融、绿色金融等服务实体经济的特色发展之路,并对成效和推广价值进行了分析,提出中小银行服务实体经济发展,需要推动银行特色发展、金融产品创新、金融流程优化和金融制度创新。
Due to the changes of domestic and international conditions, China's real economy is facing severe challenges, and the gap between real and virtual economy is widening. Meanwhile, the phenomenon of "financial getting rid of real economy" has intensified. Based on theoretical analysis of banking services to the real economy, this paper takes Nanjing Branch of Beijing Bank as a case, focuses on the practice of the bank in serving real economy, such as serving small and medium-sized enterprises, science and technology finance, cultural finance, green finance. At last, it is pointed out that small and medium-sized banks need to promote the development of bank characteristics, innovation of financial products, optimization of financial process and innovation of financial system, in order to serve the development of real economy.
