摘要

城市文化产业发展创新离不开旅游从业人员的语言作用。当前,旅游过程里从业人员的语言能力问题日显突出,对此,必须明确语言能力的提升是文化产业发展的重要因素;大力推动语言行业准入制;加强语言培训,调动广大旅游从业人员的积极性;积极开展各种语言活动,努力提升旅游从业人员的语言素质;注重从业人员语言运用的考核评价,助推城市旅游业高质量发展。
        The development and innovation of urban cultural industry is inseparable from the language function of tourism practitioners. At present,the problem of language ability of practitioners in the tourism has become increasingly prominent. It is necessary to clarify that the improvement of language ability is an important factor in the development of cultural industry. Vigorously promote the entry system of language industry. Strengthen language training,and arouse the initiative of the majority of tourism practitioners.Actively carryout various language activitios Improve the language quality of tourism practitioners,pay attention to the language use of practitionere' assessment,and promote the high-quality development of urban tourism.
