针刀治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎研究现状

摘要
膝关节创伤性关节炎是由各种外伤、手术或其他原因引起的滑膜非感染性炎症疾病,其发病率高,治愈困难,严重影响人类健康。西医保守治疗疗效不佳,手术治疗对人体伤害较大,中医中药、针灸及康复综合治疗可以有效治疗该病,特别是在针刺技术上改良的针刀。本文主要探讨了在治疗膝关节创伤性滑膜炎时,分别采用单纯针刀治疗方法,针刀联合中药治疗方法和针刀联合西药方法的研究现状,为更好地治疗该病提供理论依据。
Traumatic arthritis of the knee is a synovial non-infectious inflammation disease which is caused by a variety of trauma,surgery,or other reasons.It is of high incidence,intractability,and seriously affects human health.Western conservative treatment is of poor curative effect and surgery has greater impact on human health.However,Chinese medicine,acupuncture and comprehensive treatment of rehabilitation can treat this disease effectively,especially the needle-knife which is improved by traditional acupuncture technically.This paper aims to discusse the research status of treating traumatic arthritis of the knee,respectively,with a needle-knife method,needle-knife integrating with Chinese traditional medicine and integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine methods,to provide theoretical basis for better treatment of the disease.
