摘要
AOD生产不锈钢时还原期炉渣二元碱度在2.0以上时具有较高的熔点,加入15 kg/t以上的萤石完成化渣。对AOD还原期化渣的机理进行分析,试验在不同碱度下一次还原不加萤石的化渣效果。结果表明,依靠低碱度进行一次还原化渣的工艺可行,但需要增加二次还原,即:AOD一次还原炉渣碱度控制在1.7,在倒渣完毕补加石灰、萤石进行二次还原、脱硫,来预防钢水过氧化造成钢包侵蚀引发的增碳问题;同时,为消除石灰增碳以及保持较好活性度,二次补加石灰酌减控制在2%~4%。
        In the reduction period of AOD production stainless steel slag has a high melting point when the binary basicity is above 2.0,More than 15 kg/t fluorite was added to complete the slag melting.The mechanism of slag reduction in AOD was analyzed,and the effect of slag reduction without fluorite at different alkalinity was tested.The results show that,the results show that it is feasible to rely on the low-basicity technology for the primary reduction of slag,but the secondary reduction should be added,that is,the basicity of the primary reduction of AOD slag should be controlled at 1.7,and lime and fluorite should be added for the secondary reduction and desulfurization after slag pouring to prevent the carburization caused by ladle erosion caused by steel peroxidation.At the same time,in order to eliminate the carburization of lime and maintain good activity,the reduction of secondary adding lime was controlled at 2% ~4%.
