石家庄打造京津冀第三极的发展路径研究

摘要
通过数据对比分析可知,石家庄在经济总量、经济结构、耗能效益、工资收入、科教卫生、对外辐射等方面具有打造京津冀第三增长极的优势,而在区位条件、接受外来辐射、耗水效益、大气环境质量、废水收集处理和生活垃圾无害化处理、生态环境质量等方面是劣势条件。针对分析结果,提出打造快捷的交通和信息网络、制定合理的城市发展规划、深化产业结构调整、稳步推进社会发展、加强污染治理等发展路径,增强石家庄市在京津冀协调发展区的辐射带动作用,使其成为真正的第三极。
Firstly, starting from the data, this paper analyzes the current situation of development in the economic, social and environmental aspects of Shijiazhuang. Shijiazhuang has the advantages of creating the third growth pole of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in terms of total economic output, economic structure, energy consumption efficiency, wage income, science and education health, and external radiation. In terms of location conditions, exposure to external radiation, water consumption efficiency, atmospheric environmental quality, wastewater collection and treatment, and harmless treatment of domestic waste, ecological environmental quality are inferior conditions.Then, in response to the results of the analysis, it proposed such development paths as building fast transportation and information networks, formulating rational urban development plans, deepening industrial restructuring, steadily advancing social development and strengthening pollution control, strengthening the radiation driving role of Shijiazhuang City in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development area, making it a true third pole.
