情景模拟演练在VTE防治知识培训中的效果研究

摘要
目的研究情景模拟演练在VTE防治知识培训中的效果。方法随机选取2017年4月~2018年4月在我科工作的临床护士100名,将人员随机分为对照组A组(常规带教操作示范法)与实验组B组(情景模拟演练教学法),各50名,对两组护士的操作考核成绩、预见性思维能力、处理时效性提升情况、自我评价、带教老师的综合评价进行统计分析。结果 B组护士的相关理论、单项操作、综合操作评分及总分均显著高于A组(P<0.05),预见性思维能力、处理时效性提升率88.0%(44/50)、92.0%(46/50)均显著高于B组62.0%(31/50)、76.0%(38/50)(P<0.05),学习兴趣、操作能力、应急能力、沟通能力、团队协作能力提升率92.0%(46/50)、100.0%(50/50)、90.0%(45/50)、82.0%(41/50)、100.0%(50/50)均显著高于A组76.0%(38/50)、80.0%(40/50)、72.0%(36/50)、64.0%(32/50)、78.0%(39/50)(P<0.05),带教老师对护士的相关理论、对患者评估能力、应变能力、心理素质、处理能力评分及总分均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟演练在VTE防治知识培训中的效果较常规带教操作示范法好。
        Objective To study the effect of scenario simulation exercises in the training of VTE prevention knowledge.Methods A total of 100 clinical nurses employed in our department from April 2017 to April 2018 were randomly se lected. The staff were randomly divided into the control group A( conventional teaching operation demonstration method)and the experimental group B(scenario simulation exercise teaching method), with 50 people in each group.Statistical analysis was carried out on the operation assessment scores, predictive thinking ability, processing timeliness improvement, self-evaluation, and comprehensive evaluation of teachers in the two groups of nurses. Results The relevant theories, single item operation, comprehensive operation scores and total scores of the nurses in group B were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05). The improvement rates of of predictive thinking ability and processing timeliness were 88.0%(44/50)and 92.0%(46/50) respectively, which were significantly higher than those of 62.0%(31/50)and 76.0%(38/50) respectively in group B(P<0.05). The improvement rates of learning interest, operation ability,emergency response ability, communication ability, and teamwork cooperation ability were 92.0%(46/50), 100.0%(50/50),90.0%(45/50), 82.0%(41/50) and 100.0 %(50/50) respectively, which were significantly higher than those of 76.0%(38/50), 80.0%(40/50), 72.0%(36/50), 64.0%(32/50)and 78.0%(39/50) respectively in group A(P<0.05). The scores of relevant theories, the evaluation ability on patients, the emergency response ability, the psychological quality, the processing ability and the total score of the nurses by the teachers were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of scenario simulation exercises in the training of VTE prevention knowledge is better than the conventional teaching operation demonstration.
