学生自主学习激励机制构建与教学设计创新探索——以建筑学专业外语课程为例

摘要
自主学习能力的培养是实现教育终极"育人"目标的迫切需求,是重塑教育教学形态的重要手段,更是传统教学结构变革的具体发展方向与实践的必由之路。文章对自主学习在建筑学专业外语教学中的必要性进行了论述,根据该课程的教学经验绘制了自主学习闭环模型,认为教学设计中的自主学习激励机制有利于学生批判性思维与创新能力的培养,可为教师提高课堂效率、实现教学设计创新实践提供借鉴依据。
The cultivation of autonomous learning is an urgent need to realize the ultimate goal of education. It is not only the important means to reshape the form of teaching but way for the reforming the traditional teaching structure as well. This paper discusses the necessity of autonomous learning in the course architectural English, the author raised the closed-loop model of autonomous learning based on the experience of tutoring and believes that the construction of the incentive mechanism of autonomous learning will help enhance students' ability in critical thinking and innovation. Besides, it can be helpful to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of instruction.
