中药药枕在眩晕病(原发性高血压)中医护理方案的应用

摘要
目的探究中药药枕在眩晕病(原发性高血压)中医护理方案中的应用效果。方法选择2018年3月至2019年3月我院接收的眩晕病患者140例作为研究对象,随机均分为两组,对照组与观察组各70例。给予对照组患者常规治疗和护理;给予观察组患者基础治疗和中医护理,辨证使用中药药枕。观察并比较两组患者症状改善情况、治疗依从性以及护理满意度。结果实施中医药治疗和护理的观察组患者症状改善情况良好,效果优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从优良率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理满意度评价高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论中药药枕应用于眩晕病中医护理方案效果明确,有助于改善患者临床症状,提高治疗依从性与护理满意度,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine pillow in the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for vertigo(essential hypertension). Methods 140 patients with vertigo received in our hospital from March2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, 70 in the control group and 70 in the observation group. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment and nursing, patients in the observation group were given basic treatment and traditional Chinese medicine nursing, and pillow of traditional Chinese medicine was used according to syndrome differentiation. The improvement of symptoms, treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The patients in the observation group who were treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment and nursing improved the symptoms better than the control group(P<0.05). The excellent rate of treatment compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The degree of evaluation was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine pillow applied to vertigo Chinese medicine nursing program has a clear effect, which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction, and is worthy of promotion and application.
