企业经济管理中目标成本管理法探讨
摘要
目标成本管理法不仅适用于各种规模的企业,还可普遍应用于各个行业,凡是想提高自己成本效益的组织,都有目标成本管理的用武之地。目标成本管理是一个系统工程,企业或组织可量体裁衣,根据自身实际,逐步展开整个目标成本管理项目。需要强调的是,越是在成本管理方面有欠缺的公司或组织,就越需要实施目标成本管理;有效的管理成本,会比增加销售更加容易带来更多的价值。本文就企业经济管理中目标成本管理法进行相关的分析探讨。
The target cost management method is not only suitable for enterprises of all sizes, but also can be widely applied to various industries. Any organization that wants to improve its own cost-effectiveness has its goal of target cost management. Target cost management is a systematic project. Enterprises or organizations can tailor the entire target cost management project according to their actual conditions. It should be emphasized that the more companies or organizations that lack cost management, the more they need to implement target cost management; effective management costs will bring more value than sales. This paper analyzes and discusses the target cost management method in enterprise economic management.
