集中荷载作用正弦波纹腹板工字钢梁整体稳定性研究

摘要
采用有限元特征值屈曲方法计算跨中集中荷载作用下正弦波纹腹板工字钢梁临界力与临界弯矩,分析了波纹腹板的波长、波幅、腹板高度及厚度等几何参数对临界弯矩、稳定系数的影响;波纹腹板工字钢梁因截面参数不同,主要发生整体侧向弯扭、腹板鼓曲、翼缘板翘曲、翼缘板翘曲与腹板鼓曲组合等四种失稳形式;各种临界弯矩及稳定系数曲线,对波纹腹板钢梁设计有一定参考意义.
        Finite element eigenvalue buckling method is used to calculate the critical force and the critical moment of I-beams with sinusoidal corrugated webs under mid-span concentrated load,and the influences of geometric parameters such as wavelength,amplitude,web height and thickness on the critical bend moment and stability factor of the beam are analyzed.Due to the difference of cross-section parameters,overall lateral bending and torsion,web bending,flange warping,flange warping and web drum bending,these four kinds of instability forms happen on the corrugated web I-beam,and various of critical bending moments and stability coefficient curves have certain reference meaning for the design of the corrugated web steel beam.
