摘要
合肥恒大中心超高层项目首次将2台动臂塔式起重机集成到低位顶模系统上。根据该系统在施工全过程有限元分析结果,对集成塔式起重机顶模系统关键部位的应力、应变、位移进行研究,提出并介绍顶模系统"工作状态-上支撑箱梁顶升、下支持箱梁顶升-工作状态"的分阶段监测研究方法。研究结果表明,顶模系统关键部位应力、位移均满足设计要求,验证了施工过程中结构安全性。
For the first time,two jib tower cranes are integrated into the low top formwork system in the super high-rise project of Hefei Hengda Center. According to the finite element analysis results of the whole construction process of the system,the stress-strain and displacement of the key parts of the top formwork system of the integrated tower crane are studied,and the phased monitoring research methods of the top formwork system are put forward and introduced,which are working state-top supporting box girder jacking-up and bottom supporting box girder jacking-up-working state. The results show that the stress and displacement of the key parts of the top formwork system are full,which fully meet the design requirements,verify the structural safety in the construction process.
