摘要
梗阳选煤厂对精煤、中煤脱介弧形筛的工业性试验检测表明,对于小于2 mm的煤粒磁性物脱除率分别达96. 81%和96. 57%,全粒级脱水率分别为95. 47%和96. 00%,小于0. 25 mm粒级脱泥率分别为95. 77%和95. 87%,说明弧形筛在介质回收系统中对脱介、泄水、脱泥都起到了关键作用;建议在保证弧形筛处理能力的前提下减小分级粒度,尽可能多回收0. 5~0. 25 mm粒级物料,避免重复分选和不必要的粗煤泥循环。
The industrial tests of the medium draining sieve bends of clean coal and middlings were carried out in Gengyang Coal Preparation Plant. The following process results were obtained. For the-2 mm clean coal and the-2 mm middlings,the magnetics removal rates were 96. 81% and96. 57% respectively. For clean coal and middlings, the dewatering rate is 95. 47% and 96. 00% respectively. The desliming rate for the-0. 25 mm clean coal and the-0. 25 mm middling are 95. 77% and 95. 87% respectively. It shows that the sieve bends are very important for medium draining,dewatering and desliming in the medium recovery system.However,the recovery of 0. 50 ~ 0. 25 mm coarse slime which has been effectively separated is not good,and correspondingly the coarse slime is returned to heavy medium cyclone and separated again.
