摘要

从改造计划的"适合性"、改造方式的"适用性"、资金投入的"适可性"等三个方面,探讨既有住区海绵型改造适宜性的基本思路和方式、方法,为当前既有住区进行海绵型改造提供参考。
        From the suitability of transformation plan,the applicability of transformation mode and the appropriateness of financial investment,this paper discusses the basic ideas and methods for the suitability of sponge transformation,in order to provide references for sponge transformation of existed communities.
