摘要
电动汽车的发展大大提高了汽车的电子化程度,但在其高压部件内部(如电机控制器、动力电池等),不可能做到高压电路相对于低压电路完全射频隔离,因此对高、低压电路之间耦合路径的衰减特性进行评估,是一个值得研究的问题。将基于电动汽车里的驱动电机控制器采用矢量网络分析仪对高低压耦合衰减系数测试的方法进行分析探讨,并对不同接地方式进行试验比较,通过分析对比总结出,采用网络分析仪和扁铜导体接地方式进行衰减度测试更精确。这有助于电动汽车高压产品高低压耦合的确定,能更好地提高电动汽车的电磁兼容(EMC)特性。
The development of electric vehicles has greatly increased the degree of automotive electronics,but in its high-voltage components(such as motor controllers,power batteries,etc.),it is impossible to completely isolate the high voltage circuit relative to the low voltage circuit,so that it is worth to study the attenuation characteristic of coupling path of high and low voltage circuits.This article,based on the drive motor controller in an electric vehicle by using vector network analyzer,analyzed high and low voltage coupling attenuation test method and discussed different grounding methods for comparison.Through analysis and comparison,it is concluded that the attenuation test is more accurate by using the network analyzer and the flat copper conductor grounding method,which helps to determine the high and low voltage coupling of the electric vehicle high voltage products,and better improve the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC) characteristics of the electric vehicle.
