摘要
在建筑施工领域可通过BIM技术、WSN技术、无人机技术、智慧工地管理平台等信息化手段综合应用,实现对施工现场关键要素全过程、全方位管控。结合深圳国际会展中心施工总承包工程,对塔式起重机及移动设备群落智慧管理进行介绍和总结。基于BIM技术可视化、协同性、综合性的特性,将现场所有动态安全信息进行集成,为施工现场安全问题沟通和协调提供统一平台,形成一套安全管理实时监测与预警的管理及应用体系。
With the rapid development of China's science and technology level, in the field of construction,BIM technology,WSN technology,UAV technology,intelligent site management platform and other information means can be comprehensively applied to realize the whole process and all-round control of the key elements of the construction site. Combined with the general contracting project of Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center,this paper briefly introduces and summarizes the intelligent management of tower crane and mobile equipment community management.BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization,coordination and integration. Based on BIM technology,it can integrate all the dynamic safety information on the site,provide a unified platform for the communication and coordination of safety problems on the construction site, and form a set of management and application system of safety management real-time monitoring and early warning.
