摘要
将某国产新车型置于海南琼海湿热自然暴露试验场内进行了为期1a的整车静态暴露试验,定期观测整车245个零部件的耐候性能变化,同时监测车外自然环境和车内外微环境。结果表明:汽车暴晒1a后,整车不同部位分别出现白斑、脱膜、起泡、锈蚀、泛白、脱胶、粉化、松动、表面粗糙、纤维外漏、离缝、发黏、积水以及开裂等现象,40个部位无变色(色差ΔE_(ab)~*<1.5),12个部位有很轻微变色(1.5<ΔE_(ab)~*<3.0),前后保险杆的平均光泽保持率大于90%。综合评价该新车型在湿热环境中耐候性水平为良,可为其他新车型研发提供参考数据。
        A new type of domestic vehicle was placed in a damp-hot exposed field in Qionghai for one year static exposure test.The change of weather resistance of 245 parts of the vehicle was studied regularly.The natural environment outside the vehicle and the local environments inside and outside the vehicle were monitored.Results show that floccosoids,stripping,foaming,rust,whitening,degumming,chalking,loosenness,rough surface,fiber leakage,sewing,sticking,waterlogging,cracking and other phenomena appeared in different parts of the vehicle after exposure for one year.There was no discoloration(chromatic aberrationΔE_(ab)~*<1.5)for 40 parts of the vehicle,and 12 parts had very slight color change(1.5<ΔE_(ab)~* <3.0).The average gloss retention rates of front and rear bumpers were greater than 90%.The weather resistance of the new vehicle in damp-hot environment is good in comprehensive assessment,which can provide reference data for other new vehicles′research and development.
