双锥度玻璃纤维桩修复牙体缺损的效果评价

摘要
目的评估双锥度玻璃纤维桩修复牙体缺损的效果。方法选择2011年3月至2013年2月在我院修复科门诊进行治疗的108例牙体缺损患者,根据随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,每组各54例,对照组采用平行玻璃纤维桩进行修复,观察组采用双锥度玻璃纤维桩进行修复。对两组患者的临床疗效、咀嚼效率、满意度等进行评估。结果修复12个月后,观察组患者牙根折裂,牙龈边缘变色发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组患者修复后6个月咀嚼效率显著低于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组患者牙龈指数优于对照组(P<0.05),牙齿松动度低于对照组(P<0.05)。修复12个月后,患者对修复的满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双锥度玻璃纤维桩在修复牙体缺损时具有更好的临床疗效和美观效果,显著提高患者满意度,在牙体缺损修复中具有较好的应用前景。
        Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of bipyramid glass fiber post core applied in the restoration of tooth defect.Methods 108 cases of tooth defect patients in Stomatology Department of our hospital from March 2011 to February 2013 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table,and 54 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with parallel glass fiber posts,patients in the observation group were treated with bipyramid glass fiber reinforced resin composite materials.The clinical curative effects,masticatory efficiency,satisfaction in two groups were evaluated.Results The incidence of root fracture and gingival marginal discoloration in observation group after 12 months of repair were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The masticatory efficiency after 6 months of repair in control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).The gingival index in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The tooth mobility in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The occurrence of satisfaction in the observation group after 12 months of repair was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bipyramid glass fiber post has a good clinical curative effect in repairing dental defect,and can obtain better aesthetic effects,improve patients' satisfaction,and has good application prospects in the restoration of tooth defect in clinical.
